World interacts with main character. If viewer relates to main character they feel the effect of the world on the character. Can use the world as prop to affect the viewer’s emotional state.
- Spirited Away: Effect of the black ghost on the little girl. Audience relates to confused little girl in the wierd world.

Talk to actors to prepare them for the picture: Tell a narative while taking picture to shape on-film body language and facial expressions. Like photographers of the British royal family did in The Crown.
